What happens in the event of your precious jewellery being stolen or accidentally damaged? If the unthinkable happens, it is imperative that you obtain a professional valuation for insurance purposes, if your items aren’t documented properly, your insurance may not cover them.

Our expert valuers will examine your jewellery, and provide an unbiased and accurate written valuation which describes, in detail, your items of jewellery together with a value for each item – in as little as 24 hours (depending on the amount of items).

QUALITY WATCH
Servicing & Repair

As expert watchmakers, we guarantee that when a watch is brought in for servicing or repair that a member of our team will provide a careful assessment of your timepiece. By doing so, they can then advise you on the work that needs to be carried out. When you visit us, we will send your watch away to a service centre for horologist appraisal. All watches will be insured whilst they are in our possession.

WATCH BATTERY SUPPLY
& FITTING

We repair all makes of watches including luxury brands such as Rolex and Cartier. We also offer battery and strap replacements too, so if your watch isn’t working like clockwork let our experts give it some love!

RING
RESIZING

Whether your irreplaceable wedding band is a bit looser than it once was or you’ve bought a brand new ring that is a little too tight, our resizing service offers your rings a new lease of life!

As part of the resizing service we will clean the ring, removing dirt and grime and finish with a polish.

CLEANING

Why not give your jewellery a new lease of life with a professional clean in our workshop. It won’t take long, in fact we’ll probably have it done while you wait. You’ll be amazed at the difference!

AUTHENTICATION
SERVICE

We specialise in buying and selling fine watches, so if you would like our experts to authenticate your watch for re-sale or valuation purposes then we would be happy to help.

ADVICE

Our expert team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about our services. Steve, our resident watch geek and is always happy to have a chat about buying or selling your preloved watch and his brother Chris is exploding with information about bullion investment. April is our in house jewellery designer, she has incredible knowledge of precious stones and how to show them off effectively and is more than happy to talk through your ideas.
