Deposit Policy

To secure an item, a deposit of 10% of the total purchase price is required. This deposit will reserve the item for a period of 14 calendar days from the date the deposit is received.

If the remaining balance is not paid in full within the 14-day reservation period, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as a restocking fee, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the end of the reservation period.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable after the 14-day period unless otherwise stated.
